eTekDepot was founded in Surprise, Arizona with a simple observation: small and mid-size businesses were overpaying for hardware while receiving generic, impersonal service from big-box resellers. Word spread quickly through local restaurants, retail stores, and healthcare offices who needed reliable technology partners.
As demand grew, we expanded our catalog to include full enterprise networking, VOIP telephony, and display solutions — and recently relocated our headquarters to Glendale, Arizona. Today we are a single-source partner for complete office buildouts from our Glendale, AZ facility.
Today, eTekDepot serves multi-location operators across the United States. We've partnered with major distributors to offer more variety, same-day dispatch on in-stock items, and a dedicated account management team — delivering personalized enterprise IT service nationwide.
