Processing & Dispatch
Most single-item and component orders ship within 1–2 business days. Large multi-SKU hardware configurations and staged deployments typically require 3–5 business days for assembly, validation, and packing.
Expedited & Rush Shipping

Freight & Oversized Items
Server racks, large displays, and pallet-sized orders ship via freight carriers on reinforced pallets with corner protection. Lift-gate, inside-delivery, and white-glove options can be coordinated at checkout or by request.
Returns
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Custom-configured systems, opened software, and consumables are non-returnable. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or shipped in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Inspect every shipment upon delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier's POD and contact info@etekdepot.com within 48 hours so we can file the carrier claim and dispatch replacements.
