eTekDepot stands behind every SKU we ship. New hardware is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty; certified-refurbished hardware is covered by our own replacement warranty.

Typical RMA authorizations issued within one business day.
Unopened items eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
New Hardware
All new products carry the full manufacturer's warranty as published by the OEM (Dell, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, Zebra, etc.). Warranty length, coverage scope, and on-site service options vary by product line. Original packaging and serial labels must be intact to remain eligible.
Certified Refurbished Hardware
Every refurbished server, switch, and component goes through diagnostic testing, load validation, firmware updates, and secure data wipe before it enters our inventory. Refurbished SKUs ship with a comprehensive replacement warranty covering defects under normal enterprise operating conditions.
RMA Process
- Email info@etekdepot.com with your order number, SKU, and a short description of the issue.
- Our team responds with an RMA number, return label, and packing instructions (typically within one business day).
- Ship the unit back in its original packaging when possible. Once received and verified, we dispatch a replacement or process a credit per the warranty terms.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse, unauthorized firmware modifications, power surges without proper protection, cosmetic wear consistent with the refurbished grade, or consumable components past their rated lifecycle.
