Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and inventory availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or restricted shipping destinations. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via approved methods. We do not offer Net 30/60/90 terms.
Pricing & Quotes
Prices on the site reflect current distributor cost and are subject to change without notice. Quotes issued by our sales team are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 14 days) and are subject to inventory at the time of order confirmation.
Product Information
We make every effort to accurately describe products and specifications. Manufacturer images, datasheets, and part numbers are provided as reference. Final specifications are governed by the manufacturer's published documentation at the time of shipment.
Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Warranty coverage is detailed on our Warranty page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eTekDepot's total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape pricing or inventory data programmatically without written permission, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend access for violations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the eTekDepot name, logo, brand assets, written copy, and proprietary product photography — is owned by eTekDepot or its licensors. Manufacturer logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify authorized product lines.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
