Our 6-Step Refurbishment Process
Receive & Inspect
Every incoming unit is physically inspected. We verify model, serial number, components, and cosmetic condition before it enters our workflow.
Deep Clean
Professional cleaning inside and out. Fans, vents, ports, and surfaces are cleaned to remove dust, residue, and wear.
Functional Testing
Full power-on, port connectivity, performance benchmarking, and software/firmware verification. Units that fail testing are not resold.
Grade Assignment
Each unit receives a Grade A or Grade B designation based on cosmetic and functional condition.
Repackage
Cleaned units are repackaged with all required cables, brackets, and accessories. Clearly labeled with condition grade and warranty start date.
Warranty Issued
All certified refurbished units ship with a minimum 90-day replacement warranty covering defects under normal operating conditions.

Grade Definitions
Grade A — Like New
Fully functional. Cosmetically near-new condition. Minor marks visible only on close inspection. Includes all standard accessories.
Grade B — Good Condition
Fully functional. May have visible cosmetic wear such as scratches or scuffs that do not affect operation or performance. Priced 10–20% lower than Grade A.
